Return Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made
the return process super easy.

Most items sold on SAGICORP.com may be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-
Returnable Items below), within 30 days after the date of purchase if they meet all applicable

return requirements listed below.
All Categories:
Items must be returned in their original, unused, condition with all tags attached and in their
original packaging.
Quality Check for Returns

  1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is
    return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our

quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-
eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and

refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was
specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of
other item(s) returned in the same order, if any. Currently, the return shipping fee for sending the
rejected-return item to you is $9.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.

  1. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-
    return item, instead of sending it back to you.
  2. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SAGICORP Customer Service within
    24 hours of receipt.
    Electronic Communications
    Visiting www.sagicorp.com or sending emails to SAGICORP constitutes electronic
    communications. Your consent to receive to electronic communications and you agree that all
    agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication that we provide to you electronically,
    via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
    Your Account
    If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
    password and for restricting access to you r computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for
    all activities that occur under your account password. Ups may not assign or otherwise transfer
    your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Sagicorp and its
    associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit
    content in our sole discretion.
    International Users
    The service is controlled, operated and administered by SAGICORP LLC from our office in USA.
    If you access the service from a location outside the USA, dpi are responsible for compliance

with all the local laws. You agree that you will not use the SAGICORP Content accessed in any
country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
